1. Who we are
Kitsify Social provides free creative resources, including templates, prompts, and creator tools. In this policy, “Kitsify Social,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Kitsify Social website at social.kitsify.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the service:
- Email address. When you request free access or a resource, we collect the email address you submit.
- Usage and device data. Our website and analytics providers may process information such as pages viewed, browser type, approximate location, IP address, referring URL, and event data.
- Pinterest publishing data. If an authorized administrator enables Pinterest publishing, we use the access token and the board selected for that account only to create and schedule Pins requested through our publishing tools. We do not request or collect Pinterest passwords.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide requested resources and email communications;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- measure website usage and the performance of our content;
- publish Pins only when an authorized administrator has selected the content and board; and
- comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse or fraud.
4. Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the website is used. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage information. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Pinterest integration
Our Pinterest integration is designed for content publishing. When a Pinterest account is connected, access is limited to the permissions approved by the account owner, such as listing or creating boards and creating Pins. We use Pinterest information only to provide the requested publishing functionality for that account. We do not sell, rent, or share Pinterest API information with third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated profiling or advertising.
Access credentials are kept on the server and are not exposed in the public website. An administrator can stop using the Pinterest integration by revoking the app's access in Pinterest and contacting us to remove the connection from our service.
6. How we share information
We use service providers to run the website, deliver email, host content, and provide analytics. They process information only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of Kitsify Social, our users, or others.
7. Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal requirements, or to resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
9. Children's privacy
Kitsify Social is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
